Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is well-known for his unique style of rappers. Baker was born in Houston in Texas on the 22nd of April in 1990 to an German as well as an English Scottish family. His parents were missionaries and during his initial years he traveled a lot along with them. James Colson Baker was depressed and unemployed while Sonia Alane, his mother had to leave the family when Baker was barely nine years old. Baker relocated to Denver with his father and stayed there for a time. Baker received a lot of attention from fellow children because of his lack of wealth. As he entered sixth grade, Baker was able to learn the art of rap. Colson Kelly was born as Machine Gun Kelly on April 22, 1989, in Texas. His music blends modern hip-hop, alternative and rock. Baker produced four mixtapes before joining Bad Boy Records between 2007-2010. Delivering lyrics with the speed of a bullet train this Cleveland rapper saw a meteoric growth in the second half of 2011, when he transitioned from grinding out self-released mixtapes to working with well-known label. The fame of this Cleveland rapper skyrocketed after the release of his first mixtape in late 2011.
